An interesting event took place in Kyiv on December 4, 2025 – the conference "JustConf 2025: Thinking as a Whole!". Experts from the field of criminal justice participated in the event, including judges, prosecutors, lawyers, investigators, and detectives.
During his speech at the conference, Mykola Karas, Deputy Head of the SAP Department, emphasized the timelines for reviewing criminal cases in court and standards for examining evidence. He proposes the implementation of a unified standard for the convenience and effectiveness of these processes without waiting for changes to the CPC.
"A fair court is not only loud decisions, it's the intelligent organization of every minute of the process. Thus, we are getting closer to the truth," emphasized Mykola Karas.
The aim of the conference was to share experiences and seek common solutions to the problems faced by workers in the criminal justice system in their daily practice.
