On December 10, 2024, Ukrainian defender from Bukovina Oleksandr Fedyuk died from a severe head wound. He was born on March 22, 1994, in the village of Putyla in the Chernivtsi region and was the youngest child in a large family. Oleksandr studied at a local school, obtained a profession as a computer specialist, graduated from the Faculty of Geography at university, and worked in construction both in Ukraine and abroad. «Sashko was a sunshine for the family - generous, human, simple in communication. He was respected by everyone who knew him, always ready to help, and to his relatives, he gave all his love until the end,» said his mother Hanna Fedyuk.

In his military unit, Oleksandr carried out combat missions near Pokrovsk in Donetsk region.
