Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated about strengthening efforts in the diplomatic sphere and readiness to end the war during a speech on the 1280th day of the conflict.
Zelensky also emphasized the importance of cooperation with other countries and preparations for future negotiations with Russia, pointing to the need to establish clear power boundaries in all areas. The president noted about plans for contacts with Turkey, Gulf countries, and others for further negotiations.
In addition, particular attention was paid to cooperation with the USA and the necessity to increase pressure on Russia through measures such as sanctions and tariffs. According to Zelensky, only strong pressure can force Russia to sit at the negotiating table.
