In a new video address, MP Oleksiy Honcharenko stated that President Volodymyr Zelensky allegedly blocks court sessions involving businessman Ihor Kolomoisky. According to the deputy, the last two sessions were disrupted due to alleged technical problems and the judge's illness, and Kolomoisky himself links this to the fear of the authorities regarding his statements.

Honcharenko's statements about the disruption of courts against Kolomoisky

The deputy reported that the sessions regarding the businessman did not take place on December 8 and 9. According to him:

  • on the first day, the prosecutor, lawyers, and journalists gathered in court, but “the riot van broke down”

  • the next day, Kolomoisky was brought in, but suddenly “the judge got sick.”

Honcharenko claims that Kolomoisky calls these disrupted sessions “Zelensky's fear,” as he allegedly fears the businessman's public statements.

In the video, the deputy quoted Kolomoisky, who:

  • hinted that he is ready to make loud statements about corruption at the highest level

  • called Zelensky “the green Napoleon from Kryvyi Rih”

  • stated about extorting money for not imposing sanctions and supposedly pressuring Ukrnafta and Ukrtatnafta

  • mentioned who, according to him, financed the “Servant of the People” campaign and the “common fund” that pays salaries.

What Kolomoisky said earlier

In the video, Honcharenko reminded that during the sessions in mid-November, the businessman already made loud statements. He called Timur Mindich a “scapegoat” and “the devil,” and also spoke about:

  • the president's assistant Serhii Shefir

  • supposed payments “from the common fund” for collateral contributions

  • the role of figures from “Quarter 95” in supposed corruption schemes.

The deputy emphasizes that, according to Kolomoisky, he “made Zelensky,” and is now ready to talk about relationships with the Bankova teams. Honcharenko suggests that daily December sessions might lead to new public statements from the businessman, unless they are canceled.

Let us remind that Oleksiy Honcharenko spoke about the main intrigue of Ukrainian politics - who will head the President's Office after Andrii Yermak's resignation. He stated that currently four candidates are being considered, and the competition for the position resembles a casting for a key role.
