President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his address revealed the results of the 1323rd day of the full-scale war. He reported significant losses of Russian occupiers in the Dobropillya operation and fuel shortages in Russia.
Zelensky held a meeting with Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and met with the Head of the Security Service of Ukraine Vasyl Maliuk. They discussed current operations and asymmetrical responses to the Russian aggression.
'Special attention is now, of course, on the Dobropillya operation, the counteroffensive operation. From its beginning to today, the Russians have more than 12 thousand losses, and this is only there, only in the areas of Pokrovsk, in the areas of Dobropillya, specifically for the period since August 21. Of these 12 thousand, more than 7200 are irretrievable losses.'
In his address, the president also expressed gratitude to the warriors who participate in the hostilities in Kup'yansk and noted the effective work of numerous military units in various directions.
In particular, the special operations forces in Kup'yansk, together with the Security Service and other units, proved to be very effective. Also highlighted were the brigades of the National Guard, the coastal defense of the Navy, the marine corps reconnaissance battalion, and others.
