Ukraine's peace plan and tensions with Russia
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is preparing the details of a 20-point peace plan to present to Russia. Zelensky also noted that Ukraine is ready to withdraw troops from the frontline if Russia does the same. Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin warned that if Ukraine does not accept the proposed conditions, Russia will achieve its goals on the battlefield.
