Zelensky awarded the 'Golden Star' orders to the families of fallen heroes

The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, awarded the 'Golden Star' orders to Ukrainian soldiers and also presented awards to the families of the heroes of Ukraine who were posthumously awarded the title. He noted that thanks to these people, millions of citizens stood up to protect the Ukrainian state from Russian aggression. Zelensky expressed pride in each hero and thanked Ukrainian families who raised such defenders.



“I am proud of each of our heroes. Thank you to our Ukrainian families who raised such Ukrainian heroes. Thank you for protecting Ukraine.”

In addition, President Volodymyr Zelensky met with tank troops, presenting them with state awards, including the orders of Bohdan Khmelnytskyi of the III degree and the orders of 'For Courage' of I-III degrees. Documents were also signed on the conferral of new military ranks to the leadership of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.



Ukrainian soldiers received high distinctions and recognition for their heroic contribution to the defense of the country's independence from external aggression. In addition to awarding orders, the President held a meeting with tankers, awarding them state awards and signing documents for the conferment of new military ranks. The defenders of Ukraine received well-deserved recognition and support from the highest leadership of the country.
