In his Telegram channel, he reported on the concentration of Russian efforts in the Pokrovsk direction and significant losses for the opponent. Zelensky also emphasized the successful operations of the Ukrainian forces in Donetsk, where the Russians have lost over 290 thousand troops in eight months this year. The president confirmed readiness for new actions and planning new deep strikes.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, the Russian army has lost over 210 thousand soldiers killed and wounded in battles in Kharkiv, Luhansk, and Donetsk since the beginning of the year. The total losses of the enemy since 2025 amount to over 291 thousand people, and the Ukrainian forces have destroyed or damaged a significant amount of military equipment and gear.
