Mass shelling by Russia: over 300 drones and 8 rockets attacked Ukrainian cities


According to the Head of the Armed Forces, during the night shelling, more than 300 drones and eight rockets attacked various cities in Ukraine, reported the country's president Volodymyr Zelensky.


Among the regions being shelled are Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, Poltava, Sumy, Mykolaiv, and Kyiv Oblast. The capital was the main target of the attack, resulting in significant damage to residential infrastructure, particularly in one of the sleeping districts where an entire entrance of a high-rise building was destroyed.

The president stated that a total of six people died, including a six-year-old boy and his mother. Additionally, dozens of people were injured, and all those affected are receiving necessary assistance.


Zelensky emphasized that Russia demonstrated its aggression and called for bringing Moscow to the negotiating table. He noted that partners have all the tools for this, so it is expected that the announced measures will be implemented.


New shelling of Kyiv and other cities in Ukraine


We remind you that on the night of July 31, Russian troops again attacked Kyiv, and in the morning, six deaths were recorded, including a child. More than 27 locations were shelled in the city, and the number of injured is 52 people, among them 9 are children.


Also, on the night of July 31, Russian troops shelled the Pavlohrad district in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, leading to fires at some agricultural and transport facilities.



During the night shelling, the Russian Federation launched a massive attack on Ukrainian cities, using more than 300 drones and 8 rockets. The attack resulted in the deaths of six people, including a child, and many injured. The President of Ukraine called for active actions from international allies to force Russia to sit at the negotiating table.
