In comments to GLAVKOM, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that Middle Eastern nations are not serving as a channel for political negotiations with Russia. “We are working through Qatar – both regarding exchanges and the return of children. We also maintain contacts with the Russian side in cases where our children were taken, and we are gradually bringing them back,” Zelenskyy noted.
