Ukraine's President on the Outbreak of a Third World War
In an interview with the BBC, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated his belief that Russian President Vladimir Putin has already initiated a Third World War. In contrast, he noted that European partners believe this process could take three to five years.
