Discussion on the protection of Ukraine's infrastructure
President Volodymyr Zelensky discussed the issue of protecting Ukraine's infrastructure in the context of cooling temperatures and the threat of new attacks from Russia. The situation remains tense: the war has been ongoing for 1416 days, and recent events confirm the seriousness of the threat. In particular, as a result of a nighttime attack by Russian missiles, including the 'Oreshnik' missile, four people died in the Lviv region, and nearly thirty were injured.
Recently, the enemy launched over 200 drones and ballistic missiles, mainly targeting Kyiv. In this regard, restoration works are ongoing in Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, and Odesa. The President emphasized that Kyiv, as the most financially secure city in Ukraine, must have all reserve life support schemes ready.
'The strength of these papers will depend on whether the defense, air defense, and funding for defense are working already.'

Critical situation in Ukraine
The situation in Ukraine remains critical, especially in the context of the winter period when the need for stable energy resource provision and security increases. The threat of new attacks from Russia reinforces the need for Ukrainian authorities to take measures to protect the civilian population and infrastructure.
Restoration and strengthening of the air defense system, as well as funding for defense measures, are key factors for ensuring the country's resilience in wartime.
