Zelensky on Russian Strikes: Putin Interested in Continuing the War

President Zelensky expressed a positive reaction to the proposals from the U.S. and President Trump regarding the cessation of Russian strikes and killings. At the same time, it was noted that Putin showed great interest in prolonging the war.



According to the head of state, Russian strikes resulted in one death and injuries, among whom were four children


In Kharkiv, Russian troops delivered a 'harsh blow', and injuries were also recorded in Kherson. Zelensky emphasized the importance of the invasion of Russian drones into Polish territory.



The president reported on a briefing from the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service regarding the situation in Russia's fuel sector after Ukrainian sanctions. It was noted that Russia is preparing for the possibility of war at any moment and against any opponent.

Prime Minister Syvrydenko noted positive trends in job creation in Ukraine. Zelensky promised to maximize the fulfillment of the state's social obligations by increasing funding for education and healthcare.



Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky responded to proposals for halting Russian strikes, killings, and escalations in the east of the country. He also stated the necessity of strengthening sanctions against Russia and increasing attention to social programs on the domestic front.
