President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky responded to the petition regarding the creation of a city military administration in Odesa. According to the news outlet 'Hlavkom', this petition was submitted by Ivan Kazachuk on September 24 last year, arguing the necessity of creating a military administration due to the city's proximity to the combat zone.
In response, Zelensky noted that the decision to create military administrations is made by the president based on recommendations from regional state administrations or military command, and sent corresponding letters to verify information about the situation in Odesa. Currently, no submissions regarding the creation of a military administration in Odesa have been received.
