Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has stated that a 'window of opportunity' now exists to strengthen Ukraine’s position in its conflict with Russia. According to him, Russia no longer holds an advantage on the battlefield, aside from launching massive ballistic missile strikes against civilians. These remarks came following Zelensky’s meeting with U.S. President Donald Trump on the sidelines of the NATO summit.
Zelensky emphasized that Ukrainian leadership is fully aware of this opening.
“Our teams understand that we indeed have a window of opportunity right now. Ukraine has grown stronger both on the ground and in the air. Everyone can see the corresponding results,”the president noted.
He also pointed out that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is receiving information about his lack of superiority, stating,
“Whether Putin knows it or not, he is definitely getting the information and understands that he no longer has the advantage.”

At present, Russia’s primary remaining edge lies solely in ballistic strikes, which Zelensky described as 'absolutely tragic, horrific attacks on the civilian population of our country.'
