Civilian Infrastructure Hit in Odesa Region
Russian forces struck civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region, damaging a polyclinic, three private homes, and other facilities. According to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper, the clinic suffered around 60 shattered windows and eight broken doors, along with damage to over 60% of its suspended ceiling. Despite the extensive destruction, medical equipment remained intact and operational. Restoration work is now underway to ensure the facility can fully resume operations as quickly as possible. No casualties have been reported so far.
Overnight Attacks on Kyiv
Explosions rocked the capital overnight as the enemy launched a missile attack on the city, resulting in injuries. Impacts and fires were recorded across three districts: Solomianskyi, Darnytskyi, and Dniprovskyi. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky commented on the situation, stating: 'We expect our partners to fulfill their commitments on support packages to protect our people, as agreed during the NATO meeting.'
