The government has introduced new rules for determining the cost of construction in the conditions of martial law, aiming to standardize pricing in this sector. Now the state sets fixed limits on basic expenses and profit, thereby ensuring transparency and objectivity in determining the cost of construction.
The new standards standardize the estimate, limiting the costs for administration and profit. This simplifies the pricing process, making it predictable for all parties - both for state customers and contractors. An important element is also the creation of a transparent mechanism for tracking construction costs through unified rules for price analysis and spending limits.
"Price analysis is conducted by both the contractor and the customer. This helps avoid price inflation and ensures accountability for the cost of work even at the planning stage," notes Natalia Kozlovska.
Such new rules are intended to promote transparency and control in the construction sector under martial law, ensuring stability and openness in pricing.
