Today, December 6, 13,086 Ukrainians from the most vulnerable categories will receive a payment of 6,500 UAH as part of the government program 'Winter Support'. The first tranches totaling 85 million UAH have already been transferred to special accounts.
The funds can be spent within 6 months on clothing, footwear, medicines, and vitamins.
A total of 323 thousand applications have been submitted to the Pension Fund, and over 68% of applicants have already received approval. Everyone whose payment is approved will receive funds by December 31, 2025.
The acceptance of applications continues until December 17.
Applications can be submitted by:
- children under 18 in low-income families;
- children from IDPs receiving housing assistance;
- children under guardianship or custody;
- children with disabilities in foster care and adoptive families;
- persons with disabilities of the 1st group (recipients of IDP assistance);
- single pensioners with a pension of up to 9,444 UAH who receive a care allowance.
How to apply:
Through the Diia app:
- update the app;
- Services → Winter Support → Winter 6,500 UAH;
- confirm the presence of a Diia Card (or open it online);
- send the application.
At the service center of the Pension Fund of Ukraine, if you do not use Diia:
- specialists will help you fill out the application and open a special account.
Payments will be sent to:
- the Diia Card with a special usage regime;
- or another card with the same regime.
