Olga Dernova, who heads the Department of Culture and Creative Industries, reported that this project started at the Vinnytsia Regional Art Museum.
'10 mothers of fallen heroes have the opportunity to express their dreams and feelings through creating their own paintings. This helps them even in realizing unfulfilled plans,' Dernova said.
