Meeting of the Coalition of Willing in the Élysée Palace

The meeting of the Coalition of Willing has begun in the Élysée Palace, where issues of the ceasefire in Ukraine are being discussed. The United States will take the lead role in the monitoring and verification of compliance with the ceasefire agreements.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is also present at the meeting, planning to conduct negotiations with the NATO Secretary General and representatives of the American negotiation team. The USA will provide support in ensuring the ceasefire in Ukraine through intelligence and logistics, which will be an important element in the implementation of the agreements.

Security and Monitoring

The management of security measures within this initiative will be carried out by Europe with the participation of other Coalition countries, which currently number 35. Joint military planning will develop security measures in the air, maritime, and land spaces. The USA also commits to support forces in the event of an attack, which is a crucial aspect of ensuring security in the region.

To effectively monitor compliance with the terms of the agreement, the following elements are envisaged:

  • Continuous monitoring system
  • Establishment of a special committee to review possible violations

These steps aim to ensure stability and security in Ukraine amid ongoing conflict.

The meeting at the Élysée Palace is an important stage in international efforts to resolve the conflict in Ukraine, as it unites a significant number of countries in a quest for peace. Cooperation between the USA and European states within the Coalition can become a decisive factor in achieving stability in the region, especially considering the continuation of military actions. The implementation of planned security and monitoring measures can provide reliable mechanisms for monitoring compliance with the ceasefire agreements, which is critically important for the future of Ukraine.
