Today I attended a meeting with the participants of the State Builder program. These young people have a strong desire to contribute to the country's development and are already actively preparing for future work in public service. It is very important that among them are youth from frontline communities who have gained unique experience and responsibility in wartime conditions. Such experience makes their participation in the program even more valuable.
Leadership and public service
During our meeting, we discussed issues of leadership and the role of public service. The government does daily work, plans international initiatives, and develops support programs that allow for development and improvement of conditions for citizens.
An important part of these processes is the support for communities from frontline areas, the reconstruction of infrastructure, social facilities, as well as ensuring safety and accessibility for all. Young specialists who wish to join these processes are welcomed by the Ministry of Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine for professional growth and participation in shaping state policy through the Youth Council.
All-Ukrainian School Leagues
It was specifically mentioned about the initiative Shoulder to Shoulder of All-Ukrainian School Leagues, which has already united over a million children and teenagers. The expansion of this initiative to higher education institutions is beneficial not only for developing a sporting spirit but also for fostering team spirit and the ability to achieve results together.

Ukrainian youth play an important role in shaping our country. Their enthusiasm, motivation, and leadership qualities help us move forward and build a strong, resilient state. I am proud of how the new generation is coming forth in nation-building and is ready to face modern challenges.
Ukrainian youth are actively preparing for future work in public service by engaging in the State Builder program. They are not only learning about the mechanisms of managing the country but are already preparing themselves for active participation in development and change processes. The program takes into account the individuality and potential of each participant, as the unique experiences and knowledge of each young person will help build a modern and successful Ukraine.
