During a meeting with the head of the aerospace company Dassault Aviation, prospects for cooperation were discussed. Attention was paid to the possibilities of establishing production in Ukraine and the technical characteristics of military aircraft, particularly the Rafale.
The mentioned fighters may become part of the agreement signed with the President of France, which took place on November 17.
“I held a meeting with the chairman and CEO of the aerospace company Dassault Aviation, Eric Trappier, and visited the company's production facilities. We discussed promising areas of cooperation, localization opportunities in Ukraine, and the technical characteristics of military aircraft - primarily Rafale fighters, which Ukraine will have the opportunity to purchase under the agreement signed on November 17 with French President Emmanuel Macron.”
The meeting discussed cooperation with Dassault Aviation, including localization of production and the possibility for the Ukrainian side to acquire Rafale fighters. This opens up prospects for the development of Ukraine's aviation sector and cooperation with France in the defense industry.
