Anticyclone will set the weather in Ukraine

Forecasters warned of a large-scale anticyclone that will affect the weather in Ukraine. On Thursday, December 4, no significant precipitation is expected, with temperatures ranging from +4 to +12 degrees. In Kyiv, the maximum temperature is forecasted to be between +5 and +7 degrees, indicating quite mild weather conditions for this time of year.

The air temperature in Ukraine on this day will be +4 to +8 degrees across much of the territory, while in the south, thermometers are expected to rise to +8 to +12 degrees. Although a slight cooling is expected on December 5-6, overall, the anticyclonic nature of the weather will persist, meaning the absence of significant precipitation and minor temperature fluctuations.

Forecast for December

Precipitation is possible only on December 9-10, mainly in the form of rain. Thus, December in Ukraine will begin under the influence of the anticyclone, ensuring warmth and dryness in the atmosphere.

Warm and dry weather creates favorable conditions for fieldwork and may also reduce the risk of winter illnesses associated with the cold. However, it is important to monitor weather changes, as possible short-term cooling and precipitation in the second half of December may affect these factors.
