ARMA announces a competition for IDS Ukraine: the state budget will receive billions
ARMA is looking for a manager for IDS Ukraine companies that produce well-known mineral water brands and belong to the Russian oligarch Friedman. The group's assets were seized in 2022 and are now under the control of ARMA. The competition for asset management requires participants to have experience, and the expected minimum revenue for the state budget is more than 24 million hryvnias per month. The auction for selecting a manager is scheduled for December 2025.
According to the announcement, during the competition, corporate rights to the IDS Ukraine companies, which are popular in the market, will be transferred to the manager. All revenues from their activities will be directed to the state budget, except for the manager's fee. This opens up opportunities for qualified specialists to participate in the competition and have the chance to manage successful companies in the Ukrainian mineral water market.
