Yastremska suffered defeat at Wimbledon

According to glavcom.ua: Ukrainian tennis player Dayana Yastremska has finished her performances at the Wimbledon 2025 tournament, losing to Spanish player Jessica Bouzas Maneiro. The match lasted three sets, and in each of them, the athletes fought for victory with all their might.

Dayana showed good play, notably taking the second set, but at the end of the match, her Spanish opponent proved stronger, winning the decisive set 6:3. Thus, Ukraine is no longer represented in the singles draw of the tournament.
