According to ДСНС: An attack on the city of Dnipro has resulted in fatalities and numerous injuries, including children. Emergency responders, medical personnel, and psychologists from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SESU) are on the scene, actively engaged in rescue operations to save those still trapped under the debris.
