Enemy rocket and drone strikes have led to the de-energization of energy facilities

In recent hours, enemy rocket and drone strikes have been carried out on energy facilities in various regions of Ukraine. This has led to significant power outages for consumers in the Donetsk, Kyiv, and Odesa regions. This was reported by 'Glavcom' referring to 'Ukrenergo'.

Currently, energy workers are conducting rescue operations in each of the affected regions. They are taking all necessary measures to restore the operation of damaged facilities as quickly as possible and to resume electricity supply for all clients.

Restrictions on electricity supply in most regions

Due to the consequences of previous enemy attacks, restrictions on electricity consumption remain in effect in most regions of Ukraine. By the end of the day, the restrictions are designed for two to four-hour shifts (the largest volume in the evening hours). In cities with hourly outages, there are also power limitation schedules for industrial and commercial consumers.

«Today, electricity consumption shows a 4.8% decrease compared to the same time on Thursday, November 14. This dynamic is related to clear weather in most regions, ensuring the effective operation of solar power plants and reducing electricity consumption,» emphasizes 'Ukrenergo'.

On Friday, November 14, many regions of Ukraine will again be subject to scheduled power outages. The power outage schedules will be in effect around the clock - from 00:00 to 23:59, including two to four-hour breaks.

Ukraine is facing electricity issues due to enemy attacks on energy infrastructure, leading to significant outages and restrictions for citizens and businesses. Electricity consumption is decreasing, and energy companies are making efforts to restore the system's operation and provide services to their clients as quickly as possible.
