Russia attacked Rivne region: a residential building and farm structures damaged

According to glavcom.ua: The Russian terrorist army attacked the Rivne region, damaging a two-story apartment residential building. As a result of the shock wave, windows were shattered, a farmbuilding was destroyed, and vehicles were damaged. Fortunately, there were no injuries.

Oleksandr Koval, head of the Rivne Regional State Administration, visited the scene with the community leader and agreed to restore the windows within the day. Currently, security and defense services are working at the site. Residents are urged to stay in safe places due to the ongoing air alert.

Attacks on energy infrastructure and mass shelling

It is also worth noting that Russia continues to attack Ukrainian energy infrastructure, which has caused emergency power outages in some regions. For example, on the night of December 23, Russian occupiers carried out massive drone attacks on Sumy region. After the shelling, the head of the Sumy regional military-civilian administration, Oleg Grygorov, reported on the destruction caused by the attacks.
