Russia attacked Rivne region: residential building damaged, power supply restored

According to glavcom.ua: Russian terrorists used an explosion in the Rivne region, resulting in damage to a building and vehicles, but fortunately, no one was injured. Power supply in the region has been fully restored. After inspecting the scene, the head of the Rivne regional military administration, Oleksandr Koval, took control of the restoration of windows and urged people to remain safe. Energy workers also quickly restored power in the region, although due to issues in the energy system, they are planning schedules for power outages.

On the night of December 23, Russian occupiers launched an attack on the Sumy region using drones. The head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grygorov, reported the consequences of this shelling.
