According to glavcom.ua: Russia has launched a massive attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure. According to the press service of the Ministry of Energy, as a result of the nighttime attack, Ukrainian nuclear power plants were forced to temporarily reduce their generation capacity. Emergency recovery work is underway to quickly restore electricity supply.

Increase in the volume of consumption restrictions

Due to this nighttime attack, the planned volume of electricity consumption restrictions had to be increased.
