At night, the Russian terrorist army attacked Ukraine's energy infrastructure, leading to new blackouts in Sumy, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv regions.

It is reported that in the Khmelnitsky region, energy workers successfully completed the work on restoring electricity distribution to consumers who were disconnected as a result of the missile-drone attack on December 23.
