According to Главком: In Kyiv, food fairs have been canceled until January 15 due to a sudden deterioration in weather conditions. This decision was made to ensure the safety of citizens and reduce risks associated with unfavorable weather.

Weather Conditions and Consequences

As of January 14, emergency power outages are being applied in Kyiv and the Kyiv region, as well as in Odesa, Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava regions. This is due to complications in weather conditions that may threaten electricity supply. As a result, about 400 houses in Kyiv are left without heating, creating additional difficulties for residents. Some houses are planned to have heating restored on January 14.

Thus, the situation with weather conditions in Ukraine has affected both the holding of fairs and the stability of electricity supply in several regions.

The deterioration of weather conditions in Ukraine indicates the need to enhance readiness for emergencies, especially during the winter period when safety risks increase. Authorities must take measures to minimize the consequences, such as:

• providing the population with information about possible power outages
