Automatic deferral in 'Reserv+'': TCK explained how the new feature works
According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian conscripts can now automatically defer mobilization using the 'Reserv+' or 'Army+' applications. This particularly applies to those who are married to a serviceman and have a child together under 18 years old. According to amendments to the relevant law, this right is provided by paragraph 15 of part 1 of article 23.
The 'Reserv+' application offers a route for automatic status updates and submitting a deferral request. The process may be complicated if the status information is not confirmed in the system, in which case it is recommended to update the data in the 'Oberih' registry.
The 'Army+' application also offers a similar route for obtaining a deferral. After confirming the status in it, you need to return to 'Reserv+' and submit the deferral request again. If everything is done correctly, the system will automatically update the information, and citizens are promised an easy deferral process.
It is also important to keep in mind the process of automatic military registration to be prepared for possible mobilization.
