All four victims were first taken to Rylsk Central District Hospital. Plans call for transferring Kovalchuk and Besedina to Kursk Regional Hospital for further treatment. Separately, in the town of Shebekino, three self-defense fighters and one employee of the Russia-24 television channel were wounded by a mine explosion.
