He was called up for mobilization, but after his deployment, the child was left unattended at a kindergarten without any relatives to pick her up. The situation prompted authorities to grant him a temporary return to resolve his parental responsibilities.

The girl was temporarily cared for by the head of the kindergarten after her father’s mobilization. Oleksiy Urlatkin, the Ombudsman’s representative in the Dnipropetrovsk region, stated that he personally spoke with the man. According to Urlatkin, the father was allowed to go home to handle child-related issues and complete the necessary paperwork.
