According to glavcom.ua: The night of September 26 became another phase of the drone attack on the oil refinery in Russia. This time, the Afipsky Oil Refinery in Krasnodar Krai came under fire. As a result of the attack, a large fire broke out.
Recall Previous Attacks on Oil Refineries in Russia
On August 28, the oil refinery in Krasnodar Krai and another one in the Samara region became targets of drone attacks. These attacks also led to fires. It is also worth noting that on the night of August 24, Ukrainian military forces struck the oil refinery in the Samara region.
