The government extended the spending period of the winter thousand: new rules until 2026

According to Міністерство соц. політики: The government of Ukraine has extended the deadline for the use of assistance in the amount of 1000 hryvnias under the 'Winter Support' program. This means that people who received this assistance through Ukrposhta will be able to spend the funds until the end of February 2026.

As of December 10, more than 16 million applications for this assistance have been submitted, most of which were submitted online through Diia. The money has already been paid to over 11.9 million people, including payments for children.

In summary, the government has extended the deadlines for using the assistance under the 'Winter Support' program, which will allow many Ukrainians to take advantage of these funds in the coming months.
