The warrior from Lviv who perished a year ago was buried at Lychakiv Cemetery

Every day at 9 a.m., Ukrainians honor the memory of all who died due to the Russo-Ukrainian war. This time we pay tribute to the dearly beloved defender of Ukraine, Andriy Tokar.

The tragically fallen defender of Ukraine, Andriy Tokar, left this world more than a year ago, on November 7, 2024, but he was only buried now. This was reported by the Lviv City Council, citing information from 'Glavkom'.

Andriy Tokar was born in Lviv on January 10, 1993, received an education at a local school and vocational college, and worked in the construction sector. His loved ones remember him as a responsible, hardworking, and calm person who loved football.

In 2023, Andriy took up arms to defend Ukraine from the Russian invasion. He participated in the defense of the country in the Kherson and Donetsk directions, serving as part of the famous brigades in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

For his bravery, Andriy was added to the list of war veterans and was buried at Lychakiv Cemetery. His parents, brother, and sister remember him with pride and sorrow.
