According to ХВИЛЯ: In 2025, Ukrainian business continues to show resilience, with enterprises in the processing industry and trade accounting for 35% of budget revenues. As of the end of November, the processing industry contributes 17.9% of the total budget, while wholesale and retail trade makes up 16.6% of all tax collections.
Growth Dynamics in Sectors
The growth dynamics in the sectors are impressive. The processing industry showed a growth of 25.7%, adding 69.2 billion hryvnias to the budget. Trade also demonstrated significant growth at 25.1%, with an additional 63 billion hryvnias to the budget. At the same time, public administration and defense account for 12.1% of the total budget with a growth of 27.1% (+48.7 billion hryvnias).
