Booking of employees in search: why they will be denied deferral

According to hvylya.net: Mobilization in Ukraine continues. Men who are subject to conscription receive summonses to appear and may be enlisted in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Certain groups of individuals who are obliged to perform military service may receive a deferral from mobilization through the booking system.

The question arises: can a company arrange a booking for an employee who has committed violations in the field of military registration and is declared in search?

Legal experts explained that the current norms of booking do not allow deferral for military personnel who are in search, and cannot include them in special military lists.

In paragraph 29 of the relevant regulatory document, it is established that automatic enrollment of a person in the special military account during the deferral is possible provided that the following requirements are met: the person must be registered for military service, be officially employed, update their military registration data, and not be listed as in search.

Ukraine continues the process of mobilizing military personnel, but employers are not allowed to book employees who are in search and have violations in the field of military registration. This may affect military accounting and cause negative consequences for the employee's accounting data.
