According to Главком: Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, has stated that systemic changes are required to overcome corruption in the country. He emphasized the critical need to move away from informal influence over decision-making and the 'manual control' of state processes. Budanov made this position public via his Telegram channel following his participation in the conference 'Operation Eurointegration: Reforms in the Sphere of Justice'. This call for reform comes as Ukraine continues its efforts to align with European Union standards.
