Construction of a military cemetery near Kyiv went to an Odessa company with a criminal "trail"

The state institution 'National Military Memorial Cemetery' plans to conclude a contract with LLC 'Construction Company 'Paritetbudinvest' for the construction of the second phase of the main military cemetery within the Haten community of Kyiv region. The cost of this work amounts to UAH 1.21 billion, which is UAH 104.6 million less than the customer's expected price. This tender was held with only one participant, LLC 'Construction Company 'Paritetbudinvest', which was given a day to correct documentation errors, after which it was declared the winner.

According to the conditions of the tender, the construction includes the installation of ceilings, flagpoles, water supply and sewage networks, electricity supply, crematorium, columbarium walls, monuments, and other works.

However, LLC 'Construction Company 'Paritetbudinvest' is mentioned in criminal proceedings regarding the embezzlement of large budget sums for road repairs, and is also associated with companies that exhibit 'signs of fictitiousness and transit'. Despite this, the participant has already had the opportunity to win a similar tender earlier, in June 2023.
