According to hvylya.net: The Minister of Social Policy, Family and Unity, Denis Uliuchin, pointed out that the Pension Fund of Ukraine needs legislative regulation of its activities and budget structuring. According to him, the fund currently coordinates the payment of funds from various sources and has the ability to maintain different types of reporting.
'The budget of the Pension Fund is formed from the state budget, insurance contributions, and funds from enterprises for the payment of preferential pensions. Therefore, there is a need for clear budget structuring of the Pension Fund and legislative regulation of the structure of the PFC regarding types of social payments and other expenses,' emphasized Uliuchin.
As a result of these changes, the indicators will be more understandable, which is of great importance not only for Ukrainian society but also for international donors. Despite the position of the Ministry of Finance, in the second reading of the draft law, it will be necessary to take into account the norms of accounting in the public sector.
