Ukrainians were reminded of the deadlines for submitting gas meter readings: what will happen in case of delay

According to hvylya.net: Ukrainians were reminded that it is important to submit gas meter readings on time. In particular, data must be submitted monthly from the 1st to the 5th, as reported by Gazmerezhi.

This guarantees the correct calculation of payment for consumed gas. If this is not done, the calculation will be based on the planned consumption volume, which may lead to overpayment.

It is also worth remembering that readings should be submitted even if gas was not used in the previous month or the house was empty. This will help avoid the formation of debt.

In such cases, the current meter readings should be submitted unchanged.

Consumers can choose a convenient way to submit data:

• Online services: personal account of Gazmerezhi or local gas distribution network operator
• Web resources: official website or GASUA chat
• Phone: hotline of Naftogaz
• SMS: sending data to the number 4647

Companies state that it is better not to postpone the submission of readings to the last days of the month and to use one of the available methods right now.

Earlier, warnings were issued about possible fines of up to 100 thousand hryvnias.
