According to Главком: Spanish midfielder Cheber Alcaine has signed for FC Karpaty Lviv from La Liga side Real Sociedad. Alcaine, who most recently played for SD Eibar in Spain's second division, made 14 appearances and provided one assist last season. He initially joined Real Sociedad's youth system as a teenager, featuring for their reserve team and having loan spells at Arenas Club and Deportivo Alavés. During his two seasons with Alavés, he made 10 appearances in La Liga. This move brings Spanish league experience to a Ukrainian side looking to bolster its midfield options.
