According to hvylya.net: Ukrainian conscripts received clarification on the consequences that may arise from red ribbons in the electronic system 'Reserve+'. It should be reminded that if individuals do not pass the medical commission on time, this may lead to liability from the TCC. Additionally, lawyers noted that the medical examination does not need to be conducted every year, but only when necessary, according to the legislation. This helps avoid unnecessary worries and preserve the resources of both parties, the conscripts and the military commissariat.
