Cocaine in Germany has halved in price: the reason named is peace in Colombia

Germany is experiencing a cheap wave of cocaine. In recent years, the number of users has increased by 18 percent, surpassing heroin. Now this is one of the pressing problems in the country. The prices of the drug are plunging: once a gram of cocaine cost 100 euros, but now it can be purchased for 60 euros, and even for 30-50 euros in Frankfurt am Main.

Drug cartels are everywhere! They are flooding the German market with cheap cocaine. The standard incentive for consumption: the end of the civil war in Colombia allows the country to produce more drugs than ever before.

In particular, the border service officers of the Lviv region, in cooperation with customs, the Security Service of Ukraine, and the prosecutor's office, have launched a successful operation against a smuggling group that supplied cocaine from Spain to Ukraine.

The increase in the number of cocaine users in Germany indicates a serious problem in society. Due to the drug's decreasing price and increasing availability, more attention needs to be paid to preventing and treating addiction in the country. It is also important to continue joint operations of international security services to combat drug smuggling at the borders.
