According to LUN data, the Ukrainian rental housing market shows a stable trend of price growth. The analysis shows significant differences in rental costs among different regions.

The highest rates for the rental of studios and one-room housing are recorded in the following cities:

  • Uzhhorod - 21.1 thousand UAH/month
  • Kyiv - 20 thousand UAH/month
  • Lviv - 19 thousand UAH/month
  • Ivano-Frankivsk - 16.9 thousand UAH/month
  • Lutsk - 16 thousand UAH/month

Two-room housing: capital prices

In the case of family housing with two rooms, the prices look as follows:

  • Kyiv - 29 thousand UAH/month
  • Uzhhorod - 25.3 thousand UAH/month
  • Lviv - 23.2 thousand UAH/month
  • Ivano-Frankivsk - 19 thousand UAH/month
  • Lutsk - 18 thousand UAH/month

Three-room apartments: premium segment

The most expensive spacious apartments with three rooms are available in:

  • Kyiv - 42.2 thousand UAH/month
  • Lviv - 29.5 thousand UAH/month
  • Uzhhorod - 27.4 thousand UAH/month
  • Odesa - 25.3 thousand UAH/month
  • Ivano-Frankivsk - 21.1 thousand UAH/month

Dynamics of rental prices over the last six months

  • One-room apartments:

Over the past six months, prices for one-room housing have increased in almost all regional centers, with the exception of Kharkiv. The highest price increase was noted in Odesa (plus 63%), Ternopil (plus 41%), and Cherkasy (plus 38%).

  • Two-room apartments:

The most significant price increase was recorded in Odesa (plus 41%), Chernivtsi (plus 28%), and Vinnytsia (plus 22%). In Chernihiv, Sumy, and Zaporizhzhia, prices remained stable.

  • Three-room apartments:

The maximum price increase was recorded in Lviv (28%), Odesa (27%), and Ivano-Frankivsk (26%). In Sumy, prices dropped by 20%.
