SAP demands the confiscation of 8 million UAH from the MP: what three luxury cars were purchased

The Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office decided not to ignore the suspicious assets of a member of the Ukrainian parliament. Its representatives have approached the court, demanding to recognize as unjustified over 8 million UAH spent on luxury cars.

In particular, according to preliminary data, three expensive cars were purchased through private drivers and the MP's private company. And their new owner seems to have received permission to enter the territory of the Verkhovna Rada without any issues.

Having reviewed the financial statements of the public servant and his family, it became clear that they could not afford to purchase such cars based on their legal income.

Thus, a corresponding lawsuit was filed to recognize the vehicles as unjustified assets and to return the seized funds in favor of the state. We are waiting for further developments and advise you to keep track of the news!

The lawsuit was prepared based on materials from the National Anti-Corruption Agency (NABU) and evidence gathered by the SAP prosecutor.
