IMF and Ukraine Begin Negotiations on a New Program: Key Issues
Representatives of the IMF Mission have started discussions regarding a new financial cooperation program with the Ukrainian authorities. This is an important step for supporting the country's economy.
Serhiy Marchenko met with the newly appointed British Ambassador to Ukraine, Neil Crompton, and the President of the EBRD, Odile Renaud-Basso, to discuss support for the Ukrainian energy sector and reforms in the country.
At the Cluster 1 Ukraine-EU meeting, the progress of reforms in Ukraine and cooperation priorities were discussed. This will further enhance relations with the European Union.
